We offer a 7-14 days return window depending on the product category. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Digital products and SaaS subscriptions are non-refundable after activation. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

COD is available for physical products under $500. SaaS subscriptions, gift cards, and memberships require online payment at the time of purchase. For COD orders, an additional handling fee of $2.99 may apply. Please ensure the correct address and phone number are provided to avoid delivery issues.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team. Once the order enters the fulfillment process, cancellation is not possible. You can still refuse delivery at the doorstep for a refund minus shipping charges. For SaaS products, cancellation before activation receives a full refund.

Yes, SaaS subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. However, you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current cycle.
